Jam
Made from the sweet, juicy, delicious flesh of pounds and pounds of fuzzy, reddish/yellow Elberta peaches. Peaches picked by three laughing, bubbly kids on summer break. Picked from the carefully tended tree in their great-grandfather's back yard orchard.

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to make some jam. I've had to freeze my fruit 'cause I haven't had the time. I want to try to make cherry this year - never did that before. Your peach jam looks great - the color is very pretty.
