Ingredients:
2 cups sugar, 2 teaspoons turmeric, 2 cups vinegar, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 4 teaspoons celery seeds, 4 teaspoons mustard seeds, and lots and lots of jalapenos and onions.
Mix first six ingredients together and pour over the sliced jalapenos and onions.
Let boil 5 minutes before bottling.
Serve with chips or crackers.
